so again i was totally breaking the size records again, so as a small mini city for the sides i decided to create Geartown-Cutterworth (Georgetown and Butterworth), as an articulated traction city, which is a very unique style of traction city.

Why didn’t people built multiple small vehicles instead of one giant? You see London on horizon, scream “MEGAPOLIS!”, all vehicles just drive in different directions, and London now left with nothing.
Perfectly, they should be armed with at least one machine gun, to have at least some defence against aircraft. They also can be equipped with some kind of escape mechanism and self-destruct one. Also, they could use swarm of small airships, which sometimes send some of them for resources.

What do you think?
The original announcement for Thunder City was incorrect. Motoropolis will not be heavily featured, likely not at all. The book is instead about an original city named Thorbury. Do not get busy editing things about Motoropolis, it is an error.
Hey! I am doing a school project and for a visual I need an image of a front view of Godshawk's head before and after the fire in "Fever Crumb". Does this exist anywhere or could it be made? I thought if it existed this would be the place to look!
Screenshots of the highest resolution can be taken of this video to post on the wiki's articles for the continents once known as Asia, North America, Europe, etc.
Though are any of the maps flawed?

I bought the first book of the franchise. It wasn't very good. But I give Mortal Engines a second chance if I know, that the following books are better. Could you tell me if the books are good?
So would someone like to explain to me about the Minions scene?
When searching for information on the wiki, there was very little about the events before the advent of Tractionism (after London adopted this practice, not during events such as the Wheeled War/when small structures moved on wheels.). It could also have complemented pages about Ancient sites and technology, as well as their events (they were more visibly remembered and mentioned, especially by Fever Cumb talking momentarily about airplanes, screens and other Ancient Old-Tech. That information seemed to have been majorly missing - there was primarily (and usually only) information from the Mortal Engines Quartet, and not much else (if anything) from before.
So, if we really want to expand the wiki, I highly suggest you read into the Fever Crumb series. It covers a lot more on the background of pre-Traction London, and how it came to move on wheels.
I started reading Mortal Engines series (finished first book, started reading second one) and i find out about Fever Crumb series. So i wonder, can i read Fever Crumb after Mortal engines or do i stop Reading Mortal Engines and read Fever Crumb first. Thanks

I am planning to upload some of the art of characters and settings for the images section of their respective pages. Also I kind of wanted to get the blog post badge, not gonna lie
The Mortal Engines movie needs a remake, there are so many missed opportunities in the movie. I would 100% watch a remake if it was more accurate in the sense of the themes and events/characters.
Hi, I'm translating this book to Persian, does anyone know why this airship is called Elevator? why 13th floor?
