Cortina Peavey is a female human who was introduced in Mortal Engines.
She drowned when Tunbridge Wheels crashed into the rocks surrounding the Black Island.[1]

Cortina has watery-blue eyes. Peavey mentioned that she looks completely normal, and not like Hester.[2]

She later appeared serving tea to her father, his council, Tom, and Hester.
