Lavinia "Hilly" Torpenhow[4] is a female human who was introduced in Thunder City.
Prior to Strega's takeover, she was a schoolteacher in Thorbury.[1] After its recapture, she adventured with Tamzin Pook, Max Angmering, Oddington Doom, the Revenant Vespertine, and Small Cat across the Traction Era.[6]
