Mammoths are transport and fighting animals in the time of Scrivener's Moon. They were used by London, the Arkhangelsk and possibly other northern clans. Two notable mammoths were Carpet and Lump, Cluny Morvish and Marten Morvish’s mammoths for expeditions. The mammoths were said to be extinct thousands of years ago, but explorers found them in groups in the north.
