Maximilian "Max" Angmering[2] was a male human who was introduced in Thunder City.
After Thorbury was recaptured, he abdicated the city's throne in favor of his sister and adventured with Tamzin Pook, Oddington Doom, Hilly Torpenhow, the Revenant Vespertine, and Small Cat across the Traction Era.[3]
