Mungo is a male human who was introduced in Mortal Engines as the pirate on the suburb of Tunbridge Wheels,
He was killed by Shrike on the Black Island.[1]

When Airhaven escaped, Mungo shot Chrysler Peavy in the head, before saying that that it was Tom and Hester's fault that the captain wanted to be a gentleman so much. However, Shrike comes in and the pirates try and kill him instead. Shrike grabs his hair and slashes at his neck, which presumably decapitates him.
