Nils Lindstrom was a male human who was introduced in Mortal Engines. He is the aviator of the Garden Aeroplane Trap.
In the 2018 film, he was portrayed by Leifer Sigurdarson.

Nils was present on Airhaven along with Anna Fang, Tom Natsworthy, and Hester Shaw prior to the Raid on Airhaven by Shrike.

Nils was present in the prologue, telling his story to her comrades in the Gasbag and Gondola.
Film[]
Nils was first seen when the Anti-Traction League interrogated Tom and Hester about MEDUSA in the Gasbag and Gondola. He managed to survive Shrike's siege on Airhaven, which was a distraction so he could hunt Hester.
In the finale, Nils was shot to death by one of London's gun turrets. The Garden Aeroplane Trap fell out of the sky, and subsequently crashed into the city.
