Shan Guo (Chinese: 山國/三国) was the leading nation-state of the Anti-Traction League and was situated in the former western China and Central Asia. It was protected from the traction cities of the Great Hunting Ground by a series of mountain ranges and swamps. The only pass through the (former?) Himalayan mountains was defended by the Shield Wall and the adjacent city of Batmunkh Gompa.
It was the most likely successor of Greater China, one of the two superpowers of the Sixty Minute War (the other being the American Empire, which was utterly destroyed, excepting Anchorage.). Its major city is Tienjing, the headquarters of the Anti-Traction League, before it was destroyed by an ODIN strike.
