Sharkmoor Prison was a traction prison that was introduced in Mortal Engines.
It was destroyed by Thaddeus Valentine shooting missiles from the 13th Floor Elevator at Shrike's cage, allowing him to escape and hunt Hester Shaw.[1]

Sharkmoor Prison's infrastructure resembles a crab. It held mainly human prisoners.[1]

Evadne Twix mentions Sharkmoor when she tells Valentine the fact that the prison had recently captured a Stalker whose only prey is Hester Shaw - Shrike.
Valentine then orders Pewsey and Gench to pilot the 13th Floor Elevator to the prison.
Once at the prison, Valentine learns that Shrike will kill Hester once he find her. Noticing that the two have a common enemy, Valentine uses the 13th Floor Elevator to shoot at Shrike's prison to free him and hunt the young woman.
As a result, Sharkmoor Prison was destroyed from the Elevator's missiles.
