Stefan Destrier was a male Scriven who was introduced in Fever Crumb as a noble who lived in London. He was murdered by the Skinners outside the gate to his own house in the summer before the Scriven Uprising. The other Scriven were outraged by his death, and complained that Godshawk must discipline the Londoners more harshly.
